Organisation Climate Survey Dimensions and
Efficient Performance
Research conducted with Melbourne University
and Frontier Economics revealed specific links between the dimensions
of the Organisation Climate Survey and the efficient performance of
organisations.
The study established that the Organisation Climate
dimensions acted like other business performance variables, such
as the number of employees, operating costs and total sales.
Four climate dimensions were found to have specific
impact on the efficient performance of the organisations in the
study. More importantly, the study revealed the extent of impact
on business performance in cases where it had both negative and
positive results.
